We are a rapidly growing physical therapy and Pilates rehab studio in Arvada, CO that focuses on empowering patients to stay active and mobile without having procedures such as surgery, taking medications, or having injections.

In this role you’ll have the important task of making sure all that is being executed and making sure our clients and our staff are happy and supported. You must have previous experience in management/office work and have a strong focus on customer service and management. You also must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail.

Empower PT+ Pilates is not your typical physical therapy or health care clinic - we aren't your typical fitness studio. We specialize in back, hip, and pelvic floor dysfunction - helping adults suffering with chronic aches and pains be more active, healthy, and mobile and find a LASTING SOLUTION - so they can enjoy all Colorado has to offer without relying on painkillers, injections, or surgeries We use physical therapy and Pilates to end pain and frustration and provide confidence and clarity.
This is a full time position based in our Arvada, CO location
Be able to hold meaningful conversations with prospective patients on the phone for at least 15-20 minutes
Be able to answer all questions asked on the phone in a such a way that increases the likelihood that the person asking will want to become a customer
Be able to successfully handle price/money objections
Successfully communicate the value of our services (in person, over the phone, and over email/text/messenger) and be able to explain how what we do is worth the price we are asking to avoid drop off
Communicate with clients during and after their sessions to ensure full satisfaction is being achieved
Develop and foster deep relationships with clients - one that compels steady word of mouth referrals and 5-star google reviews
Enhance team culture
Organize and plan all schedules in a way that maximizes efficiency and revenue for the clinic
Run team and individual staff meetings
Track inventory and promptly report to manager what needs to be ordered so that supplies never run out
Promote and upsell in house products and packages to existing clients
Follows through on commitments: lives up to verbal and written agreements regardless of personal cost
Demonstrates an ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information
Attention to detail: does not let important details slip through the cracks
Persistence: Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done
Proactivity: Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company .
